Meet Our Incredible Team

Growing up in Colorado, Natalie developed a deep passion for helping animals. She volunteered with Freedom Service Dogs and worked at local shelters, learning Fear Free techniques while supporting pets in finding their forever homes. She later completed a Veterinary Assistantship diploma at FVH to further her skills and then attended veterinary technician school, earning her license in August 2025. She is thrilled to be a part of this incredible FVH team, which has deepened her love for the field. Natalie is incredibly passionate about animal behavior, preventative medicine, and client education. She can’t wait to continue helping pets and their families live their best and healthiest lives!

Zoey has loved animals since she was a child, growing up with dogs, fish, parakeets, and even a ferret named Frankie. Known as the one to call for any animal in need, she volunteered with local dog and cat rescues, helping socialize dogs, care for sick or hospitalized pets, and support community feral cats through feeding and spay/neuter efforts. Inspired by the fulfillment of helping animals in need, Zoey knew she wanted to work in a veterinary hospital to care for pets and their families. Outside of work, she enjoys going to the gym and spending time with her pit bull Ozzie and six rescued cats.

Brody is beginning his career in veterinary medicine as a veterinary assistant, bringing two years of experience from working in an animal shelter. His passion for animal care and science led him to earn a degree in health science with minors in chemistry and pre-veterinary studies as he works toward his goal of attending veterinary school. He was drawn to this practice because of its commitment to a Fear Free environment and thoughtful patient care. Brody especially enjoys learning new skills each day and gaining experience that will prepare him for the future. Originally from Reston, he appreciates being close to both nature and the city. Outside of work, he enjoys running, hiking, camping, and golfing, and is known for his upbeat personality.

Lindsay has been working in veterinary medicine for three years and serves as a veterinary assistant with a strong passion for compassionate, high-quality care. She was drawn to the field by her love for animals and her desire to make a meaningful difference for both pets and their people. Lindsay is Fear Free certified and deeply values the practice’s integrative, low-stress approach, believing that a pet’s emotional wellbeing is just as important as their physical health. She finds the most fulfillment in building trusting relationships and being part of successful, stress-free visits. Known for her calming and empathetic nature, Lindsay helps create a comfortable experience for every patient. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with loved ones and her Havanese puppy, Xela.

Izzy grew up in Northern Virginia surrounded by cats and dogs, and she has spent much of her life caring for horses and even once owned a ball python named Frank. She has been pet sitting since childhood and worked as an assistant stable manager for three years, developing a deep understanding of animal care and behavior. Izzy began working full-time in the pet service field in 2015 and brings her experience and passion to her role as a client service representative at FVH. When she is not working or playing tabletop role-playing games, she enjoys spending time with her two black cats, going on camping trips, and traveling to cold weather destinations with her family.

Jazzii fell into the veterinary field with a random opportunity. She was keeping the hardworking team of FVH caffeinated at their favorite coffee shop as a barista when she learned of an opening. She joined FVH and quickly fell in love with the field, combining her passion for animals with her people skills. Jazzii has gained experience in Fear Free practices and enjoys creating a welcoming, stress-free environment for every pet and family that walks through the door. She looks forward to continuing to learn and grow as part of the FVH team.

For as long as she could remember, Zoe has dreamed of working at a veterinary hospital. From playing with her toy vet kit as a toddler to using the Discovery Kids microscope as a tween, she spent years learning and exploring. While attending Northern Virginia Community College, Zoe stayed connected to animals through freelance pet sitting and dog walking. She graduated in 2021 with an Associate’s Degree in Social Sciences and then decided to join the veterinary field in 2022, becoming part of the FVH team in July 2023. Zoe’s second great love is music, often quietly singing along in the lobby. In her free time, she enjoys live shows, nature walks, relaxing in her hammock, and cuddling with her dog, Mimi.

Maddi has loved animals from a young age. She recently graduated from Emory University with a degree in Environmental Science and is passionate about connecting animal wellbeing with environmental conservation. Her interest began when volunteering at the Bronx Zoo as an animal and conservation educator in high school, and continued in college with Wild Bird Rehab, caring for chicks, songbirds, and the occasional crow or hawk. She also led river cleanups and ecological surveys near her campus. Maddi began her veterinary career in 2024 with FVH. Outside of work, she enjoys caring for her plants and fish, playing video games, and reading.

Bri has five years of experience in the veterinary field and serves as a client care representative with a passion for building trust with pets and their people. Originally from Los Angeles, she was drawn to this work through her love of animals and desire to create meaningful connections. She has a background in animal services and experience with Fear Free practices, supporting a calm, low-stress environment for every visit. Bri values being part of a team that emphasizes compassion, collaboration, and clear communication. Known for her attentive and caring nature, she enjoys helping clients feel supported and informed. Outside of work, she enjoys crocheting, boxing, playing tennis, and spending time with her dog, Apollo.
